SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Elenix Edit! We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
The Elenix Edit currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 for orders under $100.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Processing & Delivery Times
Products offered by The Elenix Edit may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners and locations. Because of this, processing and delivery times may vary by product.
At checkout, our standard shipping option currently displays an estimated 5–10 business day transit time. Please note that this estimate does not necessarily include order processing or fulfillment time before your package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, your products may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages beyond the shipping amount shown and accepted at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipping label is created.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at elenixeditco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you experience another issue with your delivery, please contact us promptly at elenixeditco@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
